What you'll do...
What You'll Do
- Execute business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing barriers.
- Supervise, hire, train, and mentor associates; promote a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, support an inclusive and ethical workplace, and utilize the Open Door Policy.
- Evaluate and improve processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive decision-making and resolve issues.
- Implement program plans and solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and present performance reports.
- Analyze KPIs, conduct ROI analyses, and recommend process improvements.
- Assess program feasibility, develop business cases, and present opportunities to executives.
- Escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring accountability for program delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
