Automotive Experienced Technician at Ford Dealership in Bensenville, IL- Weekly Pay!

Citrin is an automotive staffing company looking to fill an exciting opportunity! Our Ford Dealership Partner is expanding, and we are seeking all levels of Experienced Technicians to join our busy service center in Bensenville, IL! With some of the largest service contracts in the area, we offer a steady flow of work and the resources to support productive technicians. Our facility includes over 70 working bays with state of the art equipment, ensuring you have the tools and space to excel.

 

What We Offer:

• Top Pay: Competitive wages with different payment plans to match level of experience. Will go into more detial during interview.
• Sign-On and Incentive Bonus: $5,000 for certified technicians as well as extra bonuses for transmission and EV work
• Hours of Service: Mon-Sat 7 AM - 5 PM. Example of a working schedule would be 7AM-4 PM or 8AM-5PM M-F and if you do Saturdays it could be 8AM-2PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in compliance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Technician and Ford certifications are a plus, but not required.
• All levels of experience welcome, but some level of experience is required
• Strong automotive background with a proven track record.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
• Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
• Must provide own tools minus any speciality tools which will be provided by the dealership. Uniforms provided.

 

Advancement:

• Can be enrolled into a Ford training program to receive higher certification levels
• Additional bonus for transmission and EV work
