Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Conduct regular inventory assessments and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture or home goods.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
