We’re on the lookout for skilled and motivated Senior Forklift Operators who know their way around a warehouse and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a Senior Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!●       Pay Range: $21.03 per hour●       This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.●       Schedule:  Mon - Fri 5:30am - 2pmPosition Responsibilities:●       Proficient in all forklift Operator job responsibilities.●       Proficient in case picking tasks; may case pick on a full-time basis●       Maintain a proven track record for meeting productivity targets●       As needed, may complete Regional SCOUT assignments, traveling to assist other warehouses (following required SCOUT certification)●       May provide spotting or yard driving services to move trailers in and out of docks and assist with yard management, and maintain yard tractor equipment●       Perform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:●       Satisfies all Forklift Operator job qualifications●       Expertise in operating specialized forklift attachments (slipsheet, layer picker, clamp, etc.)●       At least two (2) years of related work experience●       Achieves consistent productivity targets as a Forklift Operator for at least one year●       Valid Driver’s License●       Strong interpersonal communication skills●       Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate multiple types of forklifts.Skills Required for Certification:Job Specific
    • All training required for Forklift Operator (FLO)
    • Certified in multiple specialties including layer picking, slip sheeting, loading rail cars, or yard spotting/driving if applicable
    • Forklift Certification Annual Refreshers
    • If applicable, certified for Regional SCOUT Assignments
    • Workplace culture
    • Hands-on-training for facilitators
    • Participate in site-specific safety, continuous improvement (CI) or special projects
