Minimum Requirements

 

  • Two years of general office experience to include customer service experience and experience with   Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Duties and Responsibilities

This position works independently to process, track, and maintain district records and files, research reports, licenses and other related inquiries, performs technology duties including extensive knowledge and use of agency software using Versa: Regulation and OnBase, responds to complaints and inquiries from the public, and performs duties of the AAII as needed.

 

  • Provides administrative support including, but not limited to; preparing and processing legal documents, tracking of compliance mail receipts, maintenance of compliance log and maintaining files.
  • Inputs report data and files and processes documents for imaging, using On-Base
  • Maintains computer logs, complaint logs, service requests, and back-up files.
  • Answer and respond to daily phone calls and emails related to district inquiries and issues.
  • Process incoming and outgoing district mail.
  • Responsible for tracking food borne illness complaints. Notifies the appropriate Department of Health personnel, if applicable, of the complaint. Logs complaints and notifies inspector. 
  • Process various correspondence and reports.
  • Serves as a back-up AAII, including the handling of revenue.
  • Performs other work as required.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to answer busy multi-line telephone
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Possesses good computer skills
  • Ability to organize and coordinate work assignments
  • Skilled in using various Microsoft programs including, Word, Access and Excel
  • Ability to interpret statutes and rules
  • Ability to evaluate and make decisions on licensure issues
