Behavior Technician - Hiring Experienced BT Immediately

This role involves home support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help clients build communication and life skills.

We have a client in Saline with the following schedule:

Weekly Schedule:

• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Foster supportive environments that promote positive behavior change.
• Teach communication and functional skills that empower individuals.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by behavior analysts.
• Record and track data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to share insights and updates.
• Maintain detailed daily therapy notes.

Requirements

High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience in ABA or working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred but not necessary.

Willingness to learn and receive training.
