<p></p><p><strong>Engineering Manager (Salesforce)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in the development and maintenance of large and complex Salesforce implementation. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of your domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the need of our customers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within your team, while driving continuous improvement and growth. A key priority for the role will be to drive organization efficiency and effectiveness gains through the deployment of Agentforce.Key</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Own a domain/subdomain, setting the 0-6 month technical roadmap.</li>
<li>Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency.</li>
<li>Accountable for the reliability, availability, and security of your systems.</li>
<li>Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Delivery Management:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the delivery of your team, planning sprints, and overseeing project health.</li>
<li>Assess the criticality of unplanned work, minimizing context-switching and unnecessary pressure.</li>
<li>Balance team capacity with roadmap demands.</li>
<li>Instill urgency to find a balance between velocity and quality.</li>
<li>Ensure all incidents are owned.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between engineering and product, partnering with your counterpart in product to ensure full alignment.</li>
<li>Communicate progress and escalate issues effectively.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>People Management:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Lead a team, managing engineers of varying levels and creating stability for the group.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the performance and well-being of the team, initiating corrective actions when needed.</li>
<li>Provide coaching, performance reviews, and career pathing.</li>
<li>Create a culture of ownership and feedback.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to hire, grow, and retain high-performing engineers.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Process and Performance:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that company processes are executed effectively and executed timely.</li>
<li>Primary measurement is team-level success.</li>
<li>Accountable for team KPIs (velocity, quality, on-time delivery, morale, staffing).</li>
<li>May manage a limited budget for tools or specific project costs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role leading/supporting engineers.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.</li>
<li>Experience with agile development processes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Passion for technology and innovation.</li>
</ul>
