Guidewire Tech Lead – Project Delivery Manager

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Business Insurance Guidewire POD team will support integration development, testing & deployment for Guidewire integration with downstream systems. Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter capabilities with emphasis on forms/document generation, interfaces/integrations, and business rules, ensuring upgrade-safe configuration, strong quality, and predictable releases.
- Own end-to-end PolicyCenter delivery for rules + forms + interfaces: requirements intake, solution design, build oversight, testing, and release.
- Lead Gosu rules design and implementation (validation, underwriting, job lifecycle, eligibility, referrals/approvals), including performance and maintainability guardrails.
- Drive forms/documents solution: templates, triggers, data mapping, conditional logic, localization/state variations, and batch/print flows (Policy docs, endorsements, renewals, notices).
- Own interface design and delivery: REST/SOAP services, messaging/events, batch integrations, error handling/retries, idempotency, and monitoring/logging.
- Coordinate cross-system touchpoints: BillingCenter/ClaimCenter, rating (ISO/3rd party), doc gen platforms, portals, payments, CRM, and data/EDW. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years in P&C insurance technology delivery;
- 5+ years hands-on PolicyCenter implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Gosu, PolicyCenter rules framework, and policy lifecycle processes (NB, endorsement, renewal, cancellation/reinstatement).
- Proven experience with forms/document generation patterns and production support (template management, mapping, exceptions, compliance-driven variations).
- Strong integration experience (APIs, messaging, batch) and environment/release practices (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD, CI/CD).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Hybrid role: 3 days on-site
