Finance at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Director, Capital Markets to join our team!

As a key member of the finance team, you will support all capital markets related activities and transactions involving the company’s balance sheet, senior notes, term loans, and credit facilities. This position reports to the SVP, Investor Relations.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment, with outstanding analytical, organizational and communication skills. You have experience in capital markets, with deep understanding of fixed income markets.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

• Continually evaluate all opportunities related to the company’s capital structure.

• Monitor and forecast the company’s capital markets needs and opportunities.

• Maintain relationships with external partners including investment banks, and other financial partners.

• Actively manage all transactions related to the company’s capital structure, including all collaboration with external and internal parties.

• Install processes and rigor around capital structure forecasting, including notes, loans, hedges, and borrowing facilities.

• Build and maintain financial models related to financing opportunities.

• Work closely with credit rating agencies.

• Collaborate closely with internal partners across finance and other organizations.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in debt capital markets, or related field

• Technical Skills: Bloomberg, Excel

• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must be self-driven and have initiative to ensure deadlines, possessing capacity to work independently as well as in team setting.

• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.

Salary Range

$193,000 - $215,000 + Benefits
