- Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products and policies.
- Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
- Partner with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Facebook's global user base.
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
- This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations, or similar field , and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
- 2. Business process analysis
- 3. Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
- 4. Working in an Operations, Policy, Trust & Safety, Legal, Project Management, or equivalent team
- 5. SQL & data visualization tools (PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, etc).
