Requirements

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering with production experience

• Expertise in RAG and GraphRAG architectures

• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deep learning models

• Experience with agent-based systems and memory architectures

• Strong Python and PyTorch skills

• Proficiency in Go for backend systems

• Solid knowledge of AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3)

• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant

• Understanding of ML operations, model deployment, and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Act as a founding engineer with customer-first thinking

• Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to ship features

• Keep the platform aligned with tech and business trends

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions
