About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day within client business hours Client Timezone: Australian Timezone Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Operations Support Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing and content operations. You’ll play a key role in designing visuals, scheduling posts, and maintaining online platforms — helping ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels. Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva, following provided content titles, brand guidelines, and creative direction.
Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Later, and manage updates on the company website (WordPress).
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing, content planning, and social media management.
Support content tracking, engagement reporting, and basic performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and posting of all scheduled materials.
Organize and maintain digital assets, content calendars, and file management systems.

Requirements

Proven experience with Canva for content design and social media graphics (applicants must submit a portfolio).
Familiarity with Later or similar scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content uploads.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to follow creative direction while contributing fresh ideas.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
