You will balance innovation, customer stewardship, product unification, and business needs while shaping the future role of visual collaboration in Wrike.</p> <p>This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product strategy, people leadership, customer empathy, AI-native thinking, and organizational integration. You will help transform Klaxoon into a world-class visual collaboration tool while developing the PM team into stronger strategic product leaders.</p> <h3>Your Impact:</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy:</strong> Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon across the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence into a single seamless product.</li> <li><strong>Grow whiteboard adoption and experience:</strong> Continuously raise the bar on the Klaxoon product experience to make it a world-class visual collaboration tool, with strong focus on driving adoption among Wrike customers and identifying high-value vertical use cases.</li> <li><strong>Enable AI-native R&amp;D:</strong> Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&amp;D organization to work AI-natively, identifying where agentic workflows can change how the team operates and scales output.</li> <li><strong>Develop the PM team:</strong> Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers - helping them move from feature ownership to strategic product leadership while building a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.</li> </ul> <h3>Your qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Product leadership experience:</strong> Proven experience leading product managers or man
