Job Description

BryceTech is looking for a Fielding Coordinator III for our Federal Government Customer. 

  • The candidate shall serve as a liaison between the requiring office, various manufacturing/support candidates, and other program offices.
  • The candidate shall drive Government vehicles to complete all fielding and training requirements, as needed.
  • The candidate shall coordinate fielding activities with the gaining services, which may require traveling to the receiving unit locations to act as the program office representative during the fielding process and conducting an on-site 100% inventory and functional check of all equipment.
  • The candidate shall perform fielding analyses for programs in order to provide input into MFPs, MFAs, and development of system support packages.
  • The candidate shall update, track, and report the status of support strategies, fielding documentation, provisioning plans, and other ILS documentation.
  • The candidate shall track fielding events by maintaining an up-to-date fielding schedule for all systems and negotiating an equipment fielding schedule with all appropriate parties.
  • The candidate shall participate in pre-fielding teleconferences and meetings to ensure all gaining unit questions are answered and program office requirements are met.
  • The candidate shall provide input to support development and update of training materials and user guides pertaining to the transition of fielded systems.
  • The candidate shall conduct NET and refresher training to deploying forces in both CONUS and OCONUS sites.
  • The candidate shall coordinate and execute fielding IPRs on a scheduled basis.
  • The candidate shall identify any issues with fielding events and recommend solutions
  • The candidate shall prepare issue documents and fielding reports for higher headquarters.
  • The candidate shall assess reliability of fielded systems based on maintenance or field surveys.
  • The candidate shall maintain an electronic library of:
  • Fielding’s for property accountability and compliance with policy and DoD regulations
  • Contract deliverables, ensuring that the deliverable review process is completed monthly
  • The candidate shall participate and represent the program office in various IPTs.
  • The candidate shall participate in or conduct weekly meetings to confirm and verify the status of systems fielded and their sustainment activities.
  • The candidate shall review, process, coordinate comments on, and track action items from various meetings.
  • The candidate shall research and respond to fielding inquiries and tasks.
  • The candidate shall conduct the employment, sustainment and maintenance of legacy JPM Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Contamination Avoidance (NBC CA) Reconnaissance and Platform Integrations and Obscurant systems, CBRN Sensors, Biological Detection systems, and Cross Commodity Advance Threats, CBRN decontamination systems and other CBRN hazard detection and warning systems. Specifically, this encompasses Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits, & Outfit (DRSKO), Next Generation Chemical Detectors; Joint Biological Tactical Detection System (JBTDS); Joint (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear CBRN) Advanced Capability Sets; Joint United States Forces, Korea (USFK) Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition (JUPITR), Nuclear Biological Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle (NBCRV), STRYKER and the Screening Obscuration Module (SOM). Legacy systems include the M22 Automatic Chemical Agent Detector Alarm (ACADA), M21 Remote Sensing Chemical Agent Alarm (RSCAAL), M4 & M4A1 Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD), M279 Surface Sampler Probe, Joint Chemical Biological Radiological Agent Water Monitor (JCBRAWM), Joint Urgent Operational Need Statement (JUONS), Domestic Response Capability System (DRC), and Advanced Threat Box. Lastly, the candidate must be capable of training, planning, and coordinating defense systems against chem-bio agents in support of joint and combined arms operations.
