ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Catalogs all materials and products received by vendors, construction, or third-party suppliers. Recommend product alternatives in the event products are discontinued or no longer available.
2. Develops a Furniture, Finishes, and Equipment (FF&E) spec sheet for all products used by the Facilities Department. Records and stores all transmittals received by the Equipment Room.
3. Creates necessary “close-outs” binders for each venue of the casino.
4. Works with vendors to find product and materials that can be readily available when needed. Ensure all products and materials coming into the casino meet industry standards.
5. Keeps abreast with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
6. Maintains and completes documentations for all product related activities.
7. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
EDUCATIONAL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in inventory control required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of Project Management required.
Experience working with MS Project and/or comparable project management tools preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)
Must possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet research methodology.
Possess excellent and visible organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects in an effective manner and under deadline pressure.
Demonstrated maturity and poise, capable of using caution and discretion in communication in sensitive situations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to communicate change effectively, overcome resistance, and build commitment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality and act in a manner consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, order picker preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Forklift License. Forklift training and certification can be provided through the department.
Select One of the Following: Authorized Driver: Role requires operation or driving of Tribe-owned vehicles or driving patron vehicles. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the insurance carrier is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS – ENVIRONMENT

Primary work environment is in a climate-controlled office setting.
Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Incumbents may be required to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
