What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with key business stakeholders, business product managers, and cross-functional engineering leaders and teams in delivering customer needs through the technology platforms.
• Maintain the backlog, roadmap, manage iterative software delivery and run agile ceremonies.
• Streamline and optimize technology platform build process for velocity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business product & program leaders, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand their needs and strategic objectives.
• Partner closely with the engineering teams to build technology platforms at scale.
• Translate business requirements into actionable capabilities, and features on which engineering teams will execute.
• Run agile ceremonies efficiently; provide visibility to leadership about progress & milestones.

 

What you bring to the table:

• Prior experience in managing software products from inception through launch.
• Experience in translating business requirements to capabilities and features, stakeholder relationship, managing roadmaps, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in establishing and measuring OKRs, KPIs, metrics, gathering analytics, building reporting dashboards.
• Extensive experience in working with software engineering teams contributed to building greenfield software products.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with high-performing teams.
• Track record of delivering software products at scale.
• Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and collaboration skills.

 

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering product and/or program management experience.

 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in supply chain, retail and/or eCommerce domain is a plus.
