Salary Range: $40,000-50,000

Location: Hybrid- Berlin or Bloomfield Location

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

What you will do:

We are currently seeking a skilled candidate to join our HR team as Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract with the potential for permanence. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, providing administrative support to the HR Team, and potentially acting as a reliable reception back-up as needed.

 

  

 

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment platforms and methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Reach out to Facebook groups and create customized Facebook ads to target specific candidate pools.
• Post job openings on a variety of job boards to maximize reach and attract diverse applicants.
• Screen and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate offers and employment negotiations.
• Manage and file necessary paperwork for new hires.
• Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition and full integration into the company.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow and stay up to date on best practices in recruiting to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Provide administrative support for HR as required.
• Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand.

 

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth organizations
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Recruiting Flatforms (LinkedIn, indeed, Facebook, etc)
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Independent, dynamic worker, strong attention to detail
• Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US).
