We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Quality Improvement Consultant to join our team at our Riley Children's Hospital location in Indianapolis.  This role will be Part Time Monday-Friday working 20 hours a week on our day shift.

The Quality Improvement Consultant develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates the continuous quality improvement activities for assigned populations. This Consultant works independently and leads specific work groups and performs ongoing analysis of gaps in clinical care and barriers to care, aligning interventions with the strategic plan. This Consultant also facilitates the organization's performance improvement process in collaboration with project team leader(s) and conducts training/education programs for the organization’s staff and physicians in performance improvement methodologies, data analysis, data processing, work simplification techniques, as well as other subjects related to performance improvement.

RN experience preferred for this role.
