We are looking for a Product Compliance Assistant to join us in advancing the industry forward. This position is Los Angeles based and will report to the Head Global Product Compliance. The RoleAs the Compliance Analyst, you would be responsible for helping SKIMS deliver outstanding product quality to our customers. You will be accountable for: measuring and ensuring product compliance guidelines are being followed; tracking and following up on testing; communicating with suppliers; and coordinating status updates and developing compliance KPI’s with the Head of Global Product Compliance.Strong experience and administrative skills, especially in data analysis, verbal/written communication, and follow-through with internal/external stakeholders in a time-sensitive and fast-moving department is desired. The successful candidate is responsible for monitoring seasonal testing outcomes, communicating with suppliers/providers, setting up critical meetings with cross functional partners, and assisting in executing compliance projects and strategies as needed. In addition, they are responsible for quality assurance through our supplier base, monitoring the adherence to factory and product requirement standards and supporting/completing ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
