Sr.Expert M&A and Business Development (f/m/d)

<h2><b>How You’ll Make Your Mark</b></h2> <p>Your main tasks in this role are:</p> <ul> <li>As a Sr. Consultant of Group Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, you will research and prepare <b>strategic, financial and technical assessments</b> as part of ongoing <b>M&amp;A target assessments</b> and work on end-to-end <b>M&amp;A execution</b> as well as a range of <b>strategic / business</b> development topics</li> <li>To lead end-to-end execution of <b>M&amp;A deals globally</b> </li> <li>Performing <b>strategic analysis &amp; market research</b> of industries and markets</li> <li>Taking responsibility for the <b>extraction, transformation and consolidation</b> of financial and non-financial data from different data sources</li> <li>Coordinating junior team members and ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs</li> <li>Contributing to the preparation of business plans including <b>strategic/operational synergies</b> assessment</li> <li>Preparing <b>company valuations</b> applying different <b>valuation techniques</b> (such as multiples valuation, DCF and others).</li> <li>Develop internal <b>strategy &amp; decision-making</b> documents to guide <b>internal decision-making</b> on a number of <b>strategic topics</b> (business performance assessment, target suitability assessment, strategic reviews, investment analysis, etc.)</li> <li>To play an<b> </b>integral co-coordinative and execution role in <b>due diligence process</b> (as part of M&amp;A transactions) across all relevant functions / geographies </li> <li>Preparing well-elaborated and <b>highly-refined investment thesis and strategy papers</b> for senior stakeholders (Executive Board members, Investment Committees, etc.)</li> <li>Managing both<b> internal and external stakeholders</b> (e.g. investment banks, strategy consultants, etc.) along the M&amp;A proces</li> </ul> <h2><b>Your Profile</b></h2> <p>The requirments of the role include: </p> <ul> <li>Your communication style and approach to relationships is collaborative and open, and you enjoy working as part of an international team.</li> <li>Your working style is independent and solutions-orientated, with a strong bias towards producing accurate, credible results. </li> <li>You have completed university education, preferably in business administration, finance, engineering or similar.</li> <li>You have between 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Business Development, M&amp;A, Corporate Finance or similar fields.
