JOB TITLE:
Mobile Makerspace Student Worker
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform regular maintenance on the mobile makerspace equipment (3D printers, laser cutters, 3D scanners, robotics, laptops and displays, introductory woodshop equipment, sewing machines and crafting tools). Assist with mobile makerspace activities, including but not limited to, dispatch, maintenance, cleaning, and co-facilitate in teaching how to use the mobile makerspace equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain inventory of both consumable and non-consumable supplies.
- Ensure the spaces are adequately cleaned, stocked with supplies, and ready to go to the next location.
- Provide support in the use of hardware and software used to support the efforts of the WMM initiative.
- Assist the makerspace coordinator and assistant with the development of outreach materials for use by students and educators. Occasionally being present for and co-lead educational outreach events.
- Scheduling is flexible based on applicant’s school schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Makerspace equipment experience.
- Knowledge of the Maker Access Pass (MAP) program and ability to navigate the courses.
