THE JOB:

Are you charismatic, engaging, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a Model Bartender who can do more than mix drinks—you'll create memorable moments that keep guests talking long after their stay. As a Model Bartender, you will expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment. Most importantly, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm personality, welcoming smile, and attentive service.

THE STARTING RATE: $9.50 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  •  Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

  •  Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available

  • Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

  • Ring beverages that are poured or served, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork

  •  Provide apprentice bartender and bar porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service, and bartending  

  • Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar

  • Participate in modeling, presentations and promotions programs throughout the casino and resort if applicable

  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusal events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft     


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in food & beverage, cocktail service, nightclub, or entertainment venue.

  • The schedule for this position is Friday & Saturday: 5PM - 2:45AM, with some flexibility to work Thursdays for special events
