We now serve more than 50 million users a day and are consistently among the top visited websites in the world with following in the millions!</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As the <strong>Construction (Real Estate) Project Development Manager</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of our overseas real estate development projects. This includes leading the planning, design, construction, and successful delivery of high-quality developments. Your exceptional leadership and project management skills will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. <strong>You will be in direct contact with Docler Holding’s owner</strong> and be responsible to realize his dreams and high quality expectations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end real estate development projects, from initial planning to project closure, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with the owner’s overall goals and objectives.</li><li>Conduct thorough feasibility studies, market analysis, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential development opportunities.</li><li>Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and efficient project execution.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and submission of project proposals, permits, and approvals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and budget control.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, contractors, and local communities.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of regular project status reports, updates, and financial analyses to senior management / owner, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate development, and incorporate them into project strategies and processes based on the owner’s requirements.</li><li>Travel to project sites as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the construction and real estate development industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.</li><li>Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least conversational Hungarian language knowledge is essential.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the real estate development process, including land acquisition, design, construction, and project financing.</li><li>In-depth knowledge (or the willingness to obtain this knowledge) of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the target countries.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (60-70%) to project sites internationally.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Byborg Enterprises is an equal employment opportunity employer.
