The National Accounts Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary projects across the country from initiation to completion. The project coordinator will prepare proposals, communicate with clients, source new sales opportunities, route qualified opportunities to sales executives, coordinate projects, track schedules, manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations. The job requires extended periods of time working on the computer with various software systems related to the construction and consulting industry. This job operates in a professional office environment. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with an understanding of the consulting industry, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in project coordination.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare proposals for various projects across geographies.
- Estimating.
- Understand requirements for specific accounts.
- Track active projects to meet deadlines.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Communicate with internal and external customers daily.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Follow up with outbound calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Generate financial statements and reports.
Skill Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Have an understanding of construction services and consulting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness with project results.
- Comfortable with accounting terms and procedures
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, geology, or another related field.
- OR 5+ years of demonstrated success in coordinating projects on a national level.
