Job SummaryAs a Data Scientist at Logik.ai, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Generative AI, machine learning, and statistical models. You will be responsible for data pipeline development, staying ahead of AI research trends, and integrating predictive analytics into our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, has a strong foundation in data science, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Generative AI, traditional machine learning, and statistical models.
• Conduct experiments to test different model architectures and optimize performance.
• Define evaluation metrics and acquire necessary training data.
• Train and validate models in a sandbox environment and collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers for production deployment.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and preprocessing data.
• Design workflows for batch and real-time data processing in a data lake environment.
• Optimize data transformation processes to improve efficiency and usability.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Tabular ML.
• Evaluate emerging AI techniques and assess their applicability to Logik's products.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Support the development and maintenance of REST endpoints to expose machine learning predictions.
• Ensure seamless integration of ML models with front-end applications and external services.
• Monitor and optimize performance of machine learning APIs.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with large-scale datasets, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, optimization techniques, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying models.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate on team-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration is key to our success. This hybrid position typically requires most teams to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
The compensation for this role starts at $85,000
