Internship in Customer sales advisor

<p>Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:</p><ul><li>You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person</li><li>You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email</li><li>You take care of the customer follow-up from A to Z</li><li>You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it</li><li>You prepare presentations for customer meetings</li><li>You support us in several ongoing projects</li></ul> <ul><li>You are pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
