About the Role 

 Perform production tasks to support manufacturing output, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, and following standard work instructions within production environments. Success in this role results in consistent production output, adherence to quality standards, and safe execution of manufacturing operations

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Production Operations Support
• Operate production equipment under supervision following standard work instructions and procedures.
• Load materials and support setup activities ensuring production requirements are met.
• Follow production schedules and instructions ensuring output targets are achieved consistently.
• Assist with equipment startup and shutdown procedures as directed by supervision.
• Maintain consistent execution of assigned production tasks across operational workflows.
• Quality & Process Adherence
• Inspect products ensuring compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions ensuring consistency across all production processes.
• Report defects, deviations, and process issues to supervision promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and output records as required.
• Support quality improvement efforts through adherence to established production standards.

 

Additional Expectations

 

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1year of experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude supporting equipment operation and production tasks.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring product quality and process accuracy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented production environments.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and commitment to consistent work performance.
• Exposure to production equipment, tools, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and proper PPE usage in manufacturing environments.
