Parts Advisor

Pay: Commission Based

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with a passion for providing excellent customer service and knowledge of Stellanis parts? We are looking for someone skilled and motivated to join our team!

Our Ideal Candidate:

Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Chrysler vehicles, their parts and accessories.

Customer Service Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs and provide friendly, helpful service. Patience and attentiveness are key in this role.

Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately identify and recommend the right parts based on customer descriptions or vehicle details.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both in person and over the phone or email. This includes explaining technical information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

Responsibilities:

- Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.

- Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.

- Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders in a quick, friendly and professional manner.

- Receive payment or obtain credit information.

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, in-person or email.

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
