Senior Business Analyst

We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.</p><p>What will you bring to the team?</p><p><br/></p><ul> <li>Processing, interpreting, and thoroughly analyzing legal texts, business demands, processes, and use cases; </li> <li>Interacting and aligning with stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and influence their demand for services;</li> <li>Translating business needs and/or opportunities into business and stakeholder requirements; </li> <li>Conduct Business Analysis according to BABOK practices applicable to the Institution </li> <li>Organizing and participating in meetings and following up with internal and external stakeholders;</li> <li>Gathering data, inputs, and information from various sources and combining, structuring, and organizing them with the aim to analyze and articulate business requirements;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Supporting internal teams to understand the business requirements to further elicit them to functional/ non-functional and technical requirements. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience, out of which 3 as a Business analyst</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling and UML</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on business analysis experience.</li> <li>Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA or equivalent and/ or relevant experience with BABOK principles for business analysis</li> <li>Proficient in developing Business Architecture and components.</li> <li>Expert in eliciting and analyzing requirements.</li> <li>Familiarity with analysis/modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity-relationship models, etc.).</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Familiarity and exposure with legal concepts would be considered as asset</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English is required</li> </ul>
