3rd Shift: Receiving Operations II Team Lead $21.75- $22.60 per hour

Summary of Position:

Direct the workflow and needs of the operations staff in different areas including embroidery, warehouse, shipping, receiving & heat seal while working in conjunction with CICs. Be flexible with learning the functions and responsibilities of an Operations Lead and other transactional functions within all the Operations departments. Look for ways to consistently eliminate waste and improve processes. Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are:

· Ensure the standardized work chart for all duties is being followed.

· Train associates on operations processes and equipment.

· Manage team functions and SWC processes in the area you are assigned for that day.

· Ensure incoming products are received, put away, and replenished accurately and timely.

· Ensure all powered equipment is being used for the proper job functions, safely and effectively.

· Work with the supply chain to coordinate the arrival of containers and transportation of products between sites.

· Behave, speak, and respectfully treat others while watching and directing workflow.

· Ensure the One Piece Flow process is followed.

· Assist and evaluate associates to provide help with improving and/or correcting performance and behavior.

· Provide input to Supervisors, CICs, and managers on annual performance reviews.

· Performing transactional functions in the Operations departments.

· Work cross-functionally within Operations on assigned projects, changes, improvements, and tasks.

· Extensive knowledge of WMS, ERP, and or shipping software.

· The ability to multitask while covering various departments and understanding the up and downstream functions and impacts of functions.

· Perform additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate should have a high school diploma and experience working in a production or operations-related lead role. 

The candidate needs excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities such as lifting product boxes or other Operational functions. 

Must be able to direct others and work without direct oversight. 

Willing to perform or learn how to view work areas to offer improvement for eliminating waste. Will need a proven ability to work well with others and good verbal and written communication skills. 

Need the skills or capability of learning Microsoft products such as Microsoft Email, Word Excel, and AX. Will need to be available to work overtime, which may include the weekends. 

This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.

Work Schedule: 

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:25 PM - 6:55 AM
