Seasonal Busser

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Pays attention to detail of table cleanliness and polished settings throughout setup and service
• Supports service staff in executing proper sequence of service while moving with purpose, confidence and speed at all times
• Anticipates business flows and needs and proactively sets up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions 
• Keeps a keen eye on the guest experience at the table by maintaining timely and appropriate water levels, table cleanliness, and re-setting  
• Works diligently with service and kitchen team and communicates effectively with other support staff
• Performs additional tasks as requested such as food running and kitchen support
• Maintains station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
• Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule).
• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Effective communication skills       

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Works outdoors/indoors
• Works in warm/cold climates
• Works in high places
• Works on wet surfaces
• Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
• Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
• Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
