Licensed Nursing Assistant-Medical Specialties- Per Diem (STUDENT NURSE)

Summary

Under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager, the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care duties for a group of patients, from simple to complex, for the specialty population on the unit or department, under the guidance and supervision of the registered nurse.

Hours

Per Diem with the flexibility to cover days, nights, and weekends would be preferred.

Education

High school or equivalent (GED). Completion of a certificate program for Licensed Nursing Assistant.

Currently enrolled in a certified nursing program.

Certification, Registration & Licensure

LNA and BLS for Healthcare Providers

Experience

Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team.
