This new team will complement other roles in our HROM and will be contracted by the HRLT to activate, deploy and execute prioritized strategy programs. As a key member of the Agile Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the business and HR strategies that drive growth, innovation and foster a high-performance cultural.</p><p></p><p>This global position is remote and will report to the Senior Director of the newly formed GOSC HR Agile Services Team. While the selected candidate can be based anywhere globally, we will preference candidates in EMEA, within the vicinity of a manufacturing or distribution site.</p><h2><b><i>Come for a job, stay for a career! </i></b></h2><p></p><h2><b>A Day in The Life Of: </b></h2><p>The Agile Services Senior HR Program Manager is responsible for the success of the small/medium-scale complex programs enabling the strategic priorities of our HR & Enterprise Operations organization. This role will partner with the Human Resources community and cross functional business partners to plan & execute chartered programs. This team member embraces innovation, thrives on leading transformation change initiatives, and continuous improvement to drive business performance through the alignment of people, strategy, and culture.</p><p></p><p>Key initiatives include but not limited to annual Strategy Excellence for HR, Workforce Management Tools & Systems, Org Design & Talent Deployment Programs, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Global Network Strategies, One Best Way Standardization, implementation of new systems, policies and programs and HROM Continuous Improvement.</p><p></p><h2><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></h2><ul><li>Designs, implements and executes talent, culture & organizational strategies for Enterprise Operations</li><li>Partners with cross functional leaders to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, proactively delivering on customer expectations by representing, advising and resolving HR and business issues</li><li>Provides project management & leverages agile/lean methodology to deploy solutions pertaining to organizational design, development, effectiveness and employee life cycle management, creating an optimal employee experience</li><li>Plans for long-term transformational human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management</li><li>Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects</li><li>Global Travel required up to 50%</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Key Skills & Experience </b></h2><p>To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile. </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience</li><li>Proven track record of strong performance as an HR, COE or Shared Services Partner - demonstrated effectiveness across all our Medtronic HR competencies</li><li>Strong, confident leadership and project management abilities to lead & guide cross functional teams and initiatives effectively</li><li>High level of confidence & effectiveness in verbal and written English communication skills to interact with leaders & functional SMEs at all levels, offering sound advice and consulting pertaining to talent, culture & organizational strategies, programs, and policies clearly</li><li>Previous experience working on complex projects requiring effective org design, org development, restructuring, problem-solving & change management strategies</li><li>Prior experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, manufacturing transfers, site closures and other network or transformational strategies</li><li>Global or regional understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks</li><li>Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines</li><li>Demonstration of agile mindset and commitment to agile methodology: customer centric approach, iterative development, project execution, continuous improvement and change management service delivery</li><li>Familiari
