About the Team:

AT&T is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit. Someone who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates closely with UI/UX designers to transform user insights into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. Demonstrates a deep understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles to ensure seamless product execution. Proven experience bridging the gap between design and development teams to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.

About the Job:
This role requires current Digital user (UI) experience. We need talent who understand UI/UX. Visual UI experience is a must, UX is nice to have. You must have experience working with UI/UX teams or design teams. This person will not design/develop but must have experience working closely with UI/UX (Visual designers), understand design principles and bring customer facing friendly experiences to life. 

We also need candidates with both high-volume websites and Customer Journey experience. B2C & e-Commerce experience is required.

This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Lead Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics, and experience in managing Ing complex or high-priority technical products and influencing strategic decisions related to the product. You will act as the CEO of your product area, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving measurable business impact.

Experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, particularly in the web and digital e-commerce industry.

  • 8+ years of proven track record managing complex technical products from conception to launch, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, customer engagement, or NPS improvement.

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in web and digital acquisition space, launching customer-facing digital journeys.

  • 8+ years of scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams, product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.

  • 5+ years of experience managing global products or collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
     

Need Technical Proficiency in the following:

  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, software development processes, APIs, and system architecture.

  • Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

  • Hands-on experience with customer facing front end experiences, e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and payment gateways.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive product decisions and measure success.

  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and performance optimization.

  • Ability to define, track, and communicate key product metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
     

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the e-commerce space.

  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering customer feedback.

  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features.
