Senior Product Manager/Product Lead (Remote, Contract)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead for the company's internal products/ systems that are used by 1000+ employees across the world. 

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current product
• Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives
• Drive the formation of a robust product team
• Develop and implement streamlined business processes for product direction
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing, acceptance and ongoing support
• Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implementation, developing proactive risk mitigation strategies
• Track product performance and establish proper reporting on it to stakeholders
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement
• Proactively propose improvements, demonstrate a data-driven and ownership mindset, and take responsibility for personal and team outcomes
• Effectively communicate product updates, plans, and achievements to relevant stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead with a strong track record of successfully building and managing complex products in dynamic environments
• Experience driving solutions from concept to delivery, working cross-functionally to define, design, develop, deliver, and iterate
• Experience in building product management processes from scratch
• Understanding of B2B dynamics and partner relationships
• Demonstrable success in product development with measurable results
• Experience formation of a strategy for the development of the product in the short and long term
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making
• Possess excellent communication abilities coupled with high levels of self-organization and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership for your product, capable of leading the team through direct management, peer collaboration, and influencing others to deliver high-quality solutions promptly
• Fluency in English and Russian is a must

Would be a plus:

• Experience in demand generat
