Job Summary:

Collaborates with leadership to provide relevant information for more effective medical group decision making. Supports the use of visualization reporting tools to improve overall medical group operational and financial performance. Manages effective utilization of resources and automation of standard reporting. Develops, supports, maintains, and delivers ambulatory data in support of provider compensation and provider performance. Acts as a liaison to support planning, implementation, validation and scalability of the AH technical vision and roadmap. Manages and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and managerial discretion and independent judgment to achieve business goals and objectives through excellent analytical ability.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' related experience: Preferred
  • One year leadership experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with Physician Services (AHPS) and shared services leadership. Supports medical group decision making and other strategic requests. Collaborates with leadership to identify needs for improved information delivery with emphasis on agility and rapid deployment.
  • Acts as an advisor on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the department. Arrives at conclusions based on analysis and recommendations and articulates those effectively to all levels of management.
  • Develops resources to track provider performance, analyzes provider variances and identifies appropriate improvement opportunities. Participates in the development of efficient consistent processes and techniques. Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve customer service.
  • Drives initiatives to support providers in achieving operational and financial strategic objectives.
  • Manages staff including hiring, conducting performance reviews, counseling, overseeing and coaching staff for educational development.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
