JOB SUMMARY
The EEO Compliance Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and administration of various programs that are implemented by the Office for Access & Title IX (OATIX) at UT Southwestern Medical Center. This position is charged with being a lead investigator, federal contractor compliance program manager, as well as a facilitator for the office's outreach and compliance training efforts. This position conducts investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment pursuant to federal, state, and local EEO laws and UT Southwestern Medical Center's Equal Opportunity Policies. Moreover, the position has significant responsibility in ensuring institutional compliance with EEO-related state and federal contractor obligations.
Experience writing position statements on behalf of corporation or higher education entity to EEOC, Texas Workforce Commission or similar state entity is strongly preferred. Candidates are strongly encouraged to include a writing sample with application.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience
4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations in a government, corporate, or higher education setting.
Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws.
Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination and harassment prevention.
Preferred
Education
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
