Location: Portland, OR, USA

Now, we’re looking for a Manager, Manufacturing to lead our team, ensuring smooth operations across production, assembly, and warehousing while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

What You’ll Do: 
As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all operations. You’ll manage key functions, including steel cutting, grinding, injection molding, and assembly, all while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. 

• Lead & Develop: Guide and mentor production supervisors, fostering a high-performance team. 

• Drive Efficiency: Optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve processes to meet production targets. 

• Ensure Quality: Work with the QA Supervisor to maintain top-tier quality across all production areas. 

• Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with planning, engineering, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly. 

• Stay Compliant: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, maintain ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), and lead union-related negotiations. 

Your Experience & Skills: 

• 4+ years of manufacturing management experience (union experience preferred). 

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. 

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, inventory management, and production planning. 

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management.
