This is a term position; length of the term will be discussed during the interview process. Continuation past the term length discussed will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding.
POSITION SPECIFICS
The Department of Economics at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for several full-time Visiting Assistant Professor positions to start Fall 2026.
This position will include resident and online instruction and normal university service. Your teaching load during the academic year is four courses. On-site teaching is an essential function of this job.
A Ph.D. in Economics or a related field is required by the appointment date. This position will be filled at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor.
