What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Operations Architect, responsible for driving the alignment of business processes with strategic objectives through advanced analysis techniques and innovative solutions.

The Business Operations Architect will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between project teams and departments, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity across the organization. Through continuous refinement and optimization, they will identify areas for improvement within business processes, implement targeted enhancements, develop robust frameworks to mitigate potential risks to business operations and finally manage operations.

Moreover, the Business Operations Architect will strategically manage legacy systems, integrating data-driven approaches for modernization and optimization. By prioritizing updates and minimizing disruptions, they will ensure the ongoing improvement and efficiency of legacy systems, contributing to the organization's long-term success and sustainability.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time the remainder of your time.

  • Incorporate advanced analysis techniques using BI and process design tools to enhance the precision of business process frameworks, ensuring they align closely with strategic objectives. Employ innovative solutions and best practices to optimize operations for scalability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Leverage insights from market trends and organizational data to inform strategic decision-making and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Foster strong relationships between project teams and departments to streamline business processes. Utilize integrated solutions to enhance productivity and performance across the organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement within business processes and implement targeted enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Continuously refine processes using innovative methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop robust frameworks to identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations. Implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and resilience in the face of disruptions.
  • Define key metrics to assess process performance and drive continuous improvement. Regularly review performance data to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategic actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and manage project timelines and risks effectively.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 3+ years or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, SCM (Supply Chain Management) operations, and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in BI (Business Intelligence) and data analytics tools, with hands-on experience in statistical approaches preferred.
