This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position and may require some onsite work, this can be discussed during the interview process.

UW Health will use both Salesforce and Epic Cheers to leverage the fullest potential of CRM technology. Salesforce will be used most heavily for outreach to prospective patients, referring providers, and other partners, and for multi-channel engagement with patients. Epic will be used to increase engagement of and communication with existing patients and facilitate the coordination of patient care while ensuring high engagement.

We are seeking a Senior Low Code Developer to be a core member of a new IS CRM team advancing this strategic initiative. The person in this role will: 

  • Partner with business users, clinical staff, application analysts, product leadership, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and assess suitability of low-code solutions and automations
  • Develop and use best practices to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications and automated processes using low-code tools and frameworks
  • Create, lead, and own specific team-wide processes or standards
  • Train users on both new and existing functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low-code applications and automated processes
  • Contribute to discussions of future strategic direction for CRM technologies
  • Formally mentor other staff in discovery, process design, automation, and low code development

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Preferred – Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum –

  • Demonstrated success leading the development of applications and automated processes using low code and automation development platforms including design, development, testing, and release
  • Demonstrated success utilizing professional software engineering practices such as coding standards, code reviews, and source control management
  • Demonstrated success consuming web services within low code applications and automation solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing and executing large scale projects
  • Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring

Preferred –

  • Six (6) years of experience developing applications and automated processes using low code and automation development platforms including design, development, testing, and release
  • Experience designing and using continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure or other cloud platform services
  • Experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in a 24x7x365 environment

Certifications:

Minimum – None

Preferred – 

  • UiPath Certified Professional, or related certifications
  • ServiceNow App Engine Studio, or related certifications
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator, Developer, or related certifications
  • Professional Scrum Master, Developer, or related certifications
  • ITIL Foundation or related certifications
