Your job responsibilities

• Develops and rolls out a powerhouse purchasing strategy for a raw materials portfolio worth over ~25 million Euros.
• Secures and seals deals at the lowest Total Cost of Ownership for various sub-categories.
• Gains deep knowledge of raw materials, keeps a pulse on the market, monitors competitive factors, and contributes to Market Intelligence reports.
• Keeps the conversation flowing with colleagues and business partners, both locally and globally, about sourcing and market trends.
• Manages a portfolio of suppliers with the Compliance and Supply Chain team to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. Qualifies new suppliers and introduces new raw materials, all in line with internal processes.
• Forges strong bonds with internal stakeholders, sparks innovative ideas to achieve significant savings, manages the budget, RAF, and Forward-Looking Cost for the designated area.

You Offer

• A degree in Business Administration or a scientific field, plus 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sales, or a commercial role.
• Love to travel and engage with suppliers? Perfect!
• Experience in global business is a huge plus. You should have solid purchasing know-how and be a negotiation ninja.
• A self-starter who thrives in a global team environment. Resilience, accountability, and rigor are your middle names!
• Super proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Basic ERP & Query skills and SAP experience.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with French being a plus.
