Park Quality Ambassador (Overnight Janitorial)

Compensation: $13/hr

What you get to do:
In the Overnight Park Quality Ambassador role, you’ll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. This will include, trash removal/disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window and mirror washing, restroom cleaning, office, breakroom and hallway cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb removal/cleaning, and storage room/area cleaning. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Perform prep duties prior to park opening such as: restroom cleaning, trash removal/ disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window and mirror washing, office, breakroom and hallway cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb removal/cleaning, storage room/area cleaning
• Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
• Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business need

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Currently have valid Florida driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines required
• Must be able to work overnight shifts between 11 PM to 5:30 AM. Hours may change based on park hours and business needs
• Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
• Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, bend floor- to- waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
• Must be able to work indoors and in dimly lit outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat.
• Position will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, fumes, dust, odors and possibly cold/heat temperature extremes
• Available to work Sunday and Monday. Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays.
