POSITION TYPE: 12-month
START DATE: July 1, 2025
COMPENSATION: $74,604 - $89,525, Home Office Grade 7

THE OPPORTUNITY
YES Prep needs a dynamic Director of Program Success - Elementary with a robust set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.
To put it simply, you will support campus leaders to build their skills, capacities, and mindsets to execute the YES Prep program, effectively ensuring every student has the opportunity to learn and grow in a college ready education.
THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Managing Director of Program Success- Elementary to ensure high fidelity to and maximum impact of the campus implementation of the YES Prep Academic and Culture Programs;
- Designing and delivering professional development for school-based teams that is responsive to campus data in order to increase their capacity to implement the YES Prep Program and respond to staff, family, and community needs;
- Providing robust, strategic, targeted support to a cohort of focus elementary campus Principals, Assistant Principals and Deans of Instruction, alongside their campus leadership;
- Providing weekly, on-the-ground development, real-time coaching, and professional development to a cohort of focus school elementary campus leaders that results in rapid, data-based growth;
- Collaborating with the Student Culture team and the Externals team to design and support the elementary family experience to increase engagement and persistence so that every child can access a college-ready education;
- Collaborating with Elementary Content Directors and Content Specialists to align campus support to academic and instructional priorities;
