Description

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities on the program.

 

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Systems (i.e Hardware, Software, Network/dataflow, cloud) engineering processes and procedures
• Familiarity with SIGINT Systems
• The ability to develop project management and systems engineering artifacts to capture processes, procedures, and for an overall project life cycle (i.e. CONOPS, Project Plan, Project and Program Schedules, Dependency Mapping, design diagrams, GAMBIT, requirements, work tickets, etc. . .)
• The ability to coordinate technical task and schedules with the IIOC strategic plans and initiatives
• Ability to decompose and refine requirement to enable design, development, testing and End User validation
• Ability to track requirement to closure (to include verification)
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Collaboration Tools (i.e. Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SharePoint)
• Systems (or Software Engineer) with 14 to 20 years of experience
• Self-Starter - ability to identify tasking and complete task with limited guidance

Desired Skills:

• Operations Mission Experience

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
