What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in database administration.
- Extensive experience with SQL, database management systems, and performance tuning.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
