What You’ll Do
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
- Keep kitchen spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Assist with general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Support the culinary team by restocking supplies and, when needed, assisting with basic prep.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in line with health standards.
