About the role

Join us to design places that make a difference As a Cushing Terrell team member, you will join a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals who work across 17 office locations and remotely throughout the United States.  Qualifications* you will bring to the table: 
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture
  • 5-7 years' experience in architecture
  • Current architect license/registration, LEED accredited is a plus
  • Experience and familiarity with federal government project is a plus
  • A desire to expand the expertise of our team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*… 
  • Be comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design
  • Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot b replicated anywhere else
  • Have knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review
  • Have excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist / lead project documentation efforts
Your pay The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted.
  • Expected Range*: $65,000 to $92,000
  • The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus
