We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Resident Caregiver to join our senior living team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while building meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life.
Whether assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, or simply offering a caring presence, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for our residents.

What You'll Own
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day
- Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments
- Document resident care and services accurately and timely
- Support community activities and encourage resident participation
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Deliver exceptional resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence

- Residents feel safe, supported, and cared for
- Care plans and daily services are completed accurately and consistently
- Changes in resident condition are identified and communicated promptly
- Documentation is completed thoroughly and on time
- Residents maintain the highest possible level of independence
- Families and residents experience compassionate, responsive service
