YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

• • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to see a candidate with:

·         Prior experience working in Consulting, Technology or a Startup Environment

·         Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

·         Experience with the End-to-End recruitment life cycle. 

·         Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.

·         Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
